New Beginnings Counseling

At our counseling practice, we believe that everyone has the potential to grow and change. Our mission is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where individuals, couples, and families can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Our experienced counselor, Carolyn Williams, has been helping people overcome various challenges since 1996. She is a licensed professional counselor with a deep understanding of human behavior and relationships.

Carolyn's journey into counseling began with her own struggles and a desire to help others overcome similar issues. She has worked in both private practice and hospital settings, providing treatment for a wide range of concerns including addiction, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and more. Her approach is highly interactive and goal-oriented, drawing from various methods such as Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Family Systems.

Our services are designed to address specific areas of concern, including life transitions, boundary-setting, adoption, relationship issues, self-defeating thoughts, control issues, emotional disturbance, spirituality, grief and loss, self-awareness, change, false beliefs, and marriage and family conflict. We also offer pre-marital and divorce treatment. Whether you're seeking help for yourself or your family, we're here to support you every step of the way.

Services Provided

Our services include treatment for individuals, couples, and families. We offer a variety of approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, including Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Psychodynamic methods. We also incorporate Christian/Bible-Based and Integrative approaches to provide a comprehensive and holistic experience.

From helping individuals develop self-awareness and improve self-esteem to strengthening relationships and addressing addiction, our goal is to empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives.
