Meet the Team
At Full Circle Yoga and Therapy, we are a co-op of therapists, independent yoga instructors, and other dedicated individuals who have come together with a shared intention of service and community. Our highest priority is providing our members with a customized wellness experience. We are a group of professionals each dedicated to our craft and to making Full Circle Yoga & Therapy an oasis for anyone who comes through our doors.
Our Approach
Therapists who practice at Full Circle are multi-disciplinary in their methods and training. This ensures accessibility to a wide range of modalities so clients may connect with the form of treatment that best works for their specific needs. All therapists emphasize a trauma-informed approach to the care they provide. Yoga instructors who host classes at Full Circle are not bound by a pre-determined or "branded" method of teaching. Instead, students will benefit from a unique experience brought about by each instructor's uplifting character and personal teaching style.

Therapy services at Full Circle Yoga & Therapy are centered around fostering a mutual respect and collaborative relationship with clients to achieve defined goals. Our approach to therapy honors each client's unique life experiences, positive and negative, by utilizing a trauma-informed lens to guide clients in accessing their strengths and building skills in order to increase resilience and experience greater life fulfillment. We employ a variety of therapeutic modalities to conceptualize problems and create interventions, including EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral therapy, and treatments rooted in the latest neuroscience.

Class Descriptions
- Queer & Trans Yoga: A class for self-identified LGBTIQQA2S folks to unfurl, find embodiment, ground, build resilience, and connect deeply in community through asana, breathwork, meditation, and living philosophy.
- Open Level Flow: An energizing Vinyasa class for all levels that gently flows through a series of postures, breathwork, and meditation.
- Yoga for 12 Step Recovery: A class designed specifically for those in recovery, using yoga as a tool for trauma release, emotional regulation, and mindfulness.
