Our founder, Aba A. Andah, MBA, MA, LMHC, brings a unique blend of professional experience and personal passion to our work. With a background in science research, teaching, and over ten years in sales and marketing, Aba has a deep understanding of human nature and a proven track record of helping individuals, couples, and families overcome various challenges. As a licensed mental health counselor, Aba uses a variety of therapeutic styles, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Adlerian Therapy, along with Biblical principles, to tailor the counseling process to each client's unique needs.
