Yoga Sanctuary, established in 1998, is a traditional yoga studio nestled in the heart of Litchfield, New Hampshire. Established with a firm belief that everyone, regardless of their body type, personality, or experience level, should be able to reap the numerous benefits that yoga has to offer, we cultivate a welcoming and inclusive space for all. We recognize the diversity of our students and provide modifications and variations for asanas (postures) to ensure safety and alignment for each individual.

Our mission extends beyond simply offering yoga classes. We strive to create a sanctuary where individuals can connect with themselves, their bodies, and a supportive community. We achieve this through small, personalized classes that prioritize individual attention. Recognizing that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work for everyone, we tailor our offerings to meet the diverse needs of our students.

Complementing our yoga offerings is Thai Yoga Bodywork, an ancient healing art practiced in the Lotus Palm tradition. This deeply relaxing and therapeutic modality combines assisted stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic movements to release tension, improve flexibility, and promote a sense of overall well-being.

For those seeking a deeper dive into self-discovery, we offer private yoga instruction and meditation training. Personalized sessions allow for tailored guidance and support as you explore your practice further. Yoga therapy sessions, also conducted on an individual basis, can address specific physical or emotional challenges, utilizing the healing properties of yoga to promote healing and well-being.

Mindful Mentoring

Our Mindful Mentoring program, led by Priscilla, offers a supportive space for individuals seeking personal growth and self-awareness. Drawing upon her deep understanding of mindfulness practices and compassionate guidance, Priscilla helps mentees uncover recurring patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and cultivate greater self-compassion.

Through guided discussions and mindful exercises, participants learn to cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and their inner wisdom, ultimately empowering them to live more authentic and fulfilling lives.
