Case & Son Construction

Established in 1968, Case & Sons Construction is a family-owned business that has been providing a wide range of construction services for over 45 years. We started as painting contractors and gradually expanded into insulation, sandblasting, and concrete work. In 1987, we obtained our B1 general contractor's license, and in 1991, we received our C10 electrical license and became certified in solar. Today, we offer a comprehensive range of services including general construction, tenant improvement, painting, electrical work, and solar lighting. Our expertise extends to both commercial and industrial sectors, serving Orange County, LA County, and parts of Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego.

Our company has forged a sound reputation in the construction industry, particularly in the education sector, where we are pre-qualified to manage construction initiatives for several school districts. We have also worked with various clients from the office complex, conference center, and industrial warehouse sectors across southern California. Our recent projects have included tenant improvement construction projects and the installation of LED lighting and solar panels for residential and commercial properties.

Team

Our team consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service. Ted Case, our President, has been involved in public works and school projects since 1972 and is an acknowledged expert in Southern California solar construction. Mike Case, our Vice President, oversees the painting side of the business and has worked with school districts and public works projects. Chris Case, also a Vice President, is involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. Together, our team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project we undertake.
