Leadership

Seth Fenn, our President and Owner, has over 10 years of financial planning experience and 15 years of construction experience. His unique background allows him to plan and execute multifamily projects with precision and accuracy. In his free time, Seth enjoys playing basketball, boating, and spending time with his wife and three children.

Adam Green, our Vice President of Construction, oversees all aspects of our projects. With over 20 years of construction experience, including construction management and painting, Adam ensures that every project is completed on time and within budget. He values spending time with his wife and three kids during his leisure time.
