At JAS Construction Inc., we are more than just a construction company. We are a family-owned and operated business that has been dedicated to providing top-quality services for over two decades. Our journey began in the 1980s when our founder, Alfonso, worked as a handyman repairing the sloppy work of other handymen. Encouraged by his satisfied clients, he pursued his own repair business and eventually founded JAS Maintenance in 1991. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include general rehabilitation of homes, with a special focus on REOs (Real Estate Owned by banks; foreclosures).

Our story is built on the principles of quality work, customer satisfaction, and dedication to excellence. We take pride in our work and strive to complete projects in the shortest time possible, with excellent craftsmanship and at the lowest total cost to the owner or agent.

We specialize in REO rehabilitation, working hard and fast to complete projects in a timely manner. We offer a variety of services, including painting (interior and exterior), roofing, flooring, electrical and plumbing work, and more. We also handle city abatements, including city orders to comply, city sub-standards, REAP reports, FHA compliance standards, appraisal reports, city violation notices, and pre-sale reports.
