Our Story

Our story begins in the mid-1850s, when Hubert Greenheck, great-grandfather of Edward Greenheck, our current and fifth-generation cheesemaker, opened the first cheese factory in Bear Valley, Wisconsin. Since then, our family has been dedicated to crafting fine foods from all over the Midwest, and we're proud to continue this tradition in St. Paul.

Whether you need box lunches for a corporate event or a full-scale catering service for a wedding or party, we've got you covered. Our team of experts will work with you to create a customized menu that fits your needs and exceeds your expectations.

In addition to our deli and catering services, we also offer delivery options for your convenience. With a minimum order of $35, we'll deliver our delicious food right to your doorstep.
