Party Tray Options

Our party trays are available in three sizes: Large, Medium, and Small. Each tray is carefully designed to provide approximately 4 oz per person. Our trays are perfect for corporate events, parties, weddings, and more.

• DELI TRAY: A gourmet combination of selected Wisconsin Cheeses, arranged in slices and deli meats thinly sliced and folded for easy serving.
• VEGETABLE TRAY: Assorted fresh crisp vegetables, served with our homemade Dill Dip.
• ALL MEAT PLATTER: Only our finest freshly sliced deli meats piled high.
• GOURMET CHEESE & FRUIT: An assortment of our finest cheeses arranged with fresh fruit.
• BUFFET CHEESE TRAY: A variety of cheeses arranged for easy serving.
• FRUIT TRAY: Seasonal fruits beautifully displayed and easy to serve.

Sandwiches and Specialty Sandwiches

At Nelson Cheese & Deli, we take pride in our specialty sandwiches, made with love and care. Choose from our menu of flavors and arrangements to create the perfect selection for your event.

• HERO Baked Virginia Ham, Hard Salami, Provolone Cheese piled on a French Roll with Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Green Pepper, Special Sauce, and Italian Dressing.
• TOWN OF NELSON Thinly Sliced Turkey Breast, Baked Virginia Ham, Baby Swiss, and Monterey Jack on Caraway Rye with Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, and Mayonnaise.
• CHICKEN LITTLE Homemade Chicken Salad, Monterey Jack on a Kaiser Roll with Lettuce, Tomato, and Alfalfa Sprouts.
• ST. PAUL SPECIAL Roast Beef, Spicy Pastrami, and Hot Pepper Cheese, on Pumpernickel with Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, and our Special Sauce.
• MR. T Thinly Sliced Turkey Breast, Baby Swiss, on a French Roll with Guacamole, Red Onion, Alfalfa Sprouts, and Bacon Dijon Mayonnaise.
• OLD TIMER Tasty Braunschweiger topped with Raw Onions, Bavarian Mustard, Muenster Cheese served on Pumpernickel.
• THE VEGGIE Nelson Cheese and Baby Swiss on 9 Grain Wheat Bread with Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Radishes, Green Pepper, Cucumbers, Alfalfa Sprouts, and Mayonnaise.

Lunch Options

At Nelson Cheese & Deli, we understand the importance of a good lunch. That's why we offer a range of options to suit your needs.

• Box Lunches: Each box lunch features one of our sandwiches plus the other items listed below: chips and a cookie, salad (potato, coleslaw or pasta) and brownie, or fruit and a brownie.
• Soup of the Day: Enjoy our soup of the day with a sandwich or as a snack.
