At tnConnect Credit Union, we are a not-for-profit institution deeply rooted in community values. Founded in 1924 by postal employees, our focus is on helping members achieve financial success through a wide range of services, including savings, loans, and retirement plans. We serve residents, employees, worshippers, and students of Knox, Blount, and Sevier counties.

Our Services

We offer a variety of financial services designed to meet the needs of our members. Our deposit services include checking and savings accounts, as well as investment services such as certificates and IRAs. Our lending services include secured and unsecured loans, home lending, other lending services, and credit cards. We also provide remote services such as MessagePay and Zelle, making it easy for our members to manage their finances from anywhere.

Community Investment

At tnConnect Credit Union, we believe in giving back to our community. Our Connect Cares Volunteer group is dedicated to serving the community through connections, time, and donations. We believe in the cooperative spirit that defines the credit union industry - people helping people.

Branch Locations

We have two convenient branch locations to serve our members. Our Main Office is located at 6211 Middlebrook Pike in Knoxville, TN, and offers lobby and drive-thru services Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Our Seymour Office is located at 122 E Macon Lane in Seymour, TN, and offers the same hours of operation.

Financial Wellness

We are committed to helping our members achieve financial wellness. We offer free access to one-on-one financial counseling, debt management services, and financial education tools. Whether you're looking to improve your credit score, manage your finances, or plan for retirement, we have the resources you need to succeed.

Membership
