Making memories one delicious meal at a time,

We are passionate about creating unforgettable culinary experiences. At 111 Maine Catering, we take pride in our commitment to using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. Our team of skilled chefs and event coordinators works closely with each client to tailor menus that reflect their unique tastes and style. From weddings to corporate events, we strive to make every occasion a memorable one.

Growing up in Charleston in a Greek family, delicious food has always been a priority to our chef, Jennifer Banis. Her extensive experience in high-end restaurants and as a private chef has honed her passion for cooking and events planning. After starting 111 Maine in 2005, we have had the pleasure of catering events throughout Maine and New Hampshire, at various venues including Thompson's Point, The Barn on Walnut Hill, and private residences.

We believe in giving back to our community by supporting local farmers, meat growers, and cheese makers. We also donate to local events, such as the STEM camp at our elementary school and the 10" x 10" arts in the schools fundraising campaign.

Our team is dedicated to ensuring that every event is a success, from the initial planning stages to the final presentation. We understand that choosing a caterer is a significant decision and strive to make it an enjoyable and rewarding experience for our clients.

The Food

Everything we create is handmade from ingredients in their purest form. We use olive oils, fresh herbs, prime meats, local produce, seafood, and cheeses from our friends down the road. Our commitment to using only the freshest ingredients ensures that every dish is not only delicious but also visually stunning.

Whether you're planning a wedding, a corporate event, or a private gathering, we are here to help. Let us work together to create an unforgettable culinary experience that reflects your unique style and tastes.
