Therapeutic Services

We offer a comprehensive range of therapeutic services, including adult therapy, adolescent therapy, child play therapy, and virtual therapy. Our adolescent therapy services provide a safe and supportive environment for pre-teens, teens, and young adults to explore their emotions, develop coping skills, and build confidence. Our child play therapy services are designed to help children ages 2-9 and their families navigate behavioral challenges, improve communication, and strengthen relationships.

Ayesha Lakhani, MA, LPC-S, RPT-S, NCC, CART, is the founder and lead therapist at Infinite Counseling & Wellness. With a passion for working with children, adolescents, and adults, Ayesha is dedicated to helping her clients overcome obstacles, build confidence, and achieve their goals. Her warm, empathetic approach has earned her a reputation as a trusted and effective therapist, and her clients praise her ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space for growth and exploration.
