Our Services
We understand that life can be overwhelming, and sometimes it feels like our worries and negative self-talk are taking over. That's where we come in. Our team of expert therapists uses evidence-based approaches, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), to help clients develop coping strategies and skills to manage their emotions and behaviors.
Meet Our Team
Our team is led by Kelsey Fyffe, a licensed therapist with extensive experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, eating disorders, and OCD. Kelsey holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and is a certified Eating Disorder Specialist-Supervisor (CEDS-S). We're proud to have a team of dedicated and compassionate therapists, including Danielle Marks Dworaczyk, LPC, and Amy Sullivan, our Assistant and Intake Coordinator.
