Our team also includes Alma Martinez-Burrell, an associate agent who is fluent in Spanish, Angela Gonzaga, our administrative assistant, Byanca Hernandez, our Medicare expert, who is also fluent in Spanish, Elizabeth Chumbe, our customer service representative for personal and commercial insurance, who is also fluent in Spanish, and Lanthom Smiley, our customer service representative for personal insurance.
