Our founder, Cathy Hubiak Zimmerman, MA, LPC, brings over 40 years of experience in mindfulness and contemplative practices to her work as a licensed psychotherapist. With a Masters degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University and extensive training in Hakomi Integrative Somatics, Cathy's approach is deeply rooted in the wisdom of ancient contemplative traditions and the skillful means of contemporary psychology.
