Class Styles

At The Yoga Loft, we offer a diverse range of classes to suit your needs. These include:

  • Yoga Classes: Our yoga classes are designed to help you decrease stress through breathing and relaxation. Perfect for those looking to improve their flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.
  • Barre Classes: Our barre classes are a high-energy, low-impact class that combines yoga, Pilates, and dance together. This class uses your own body weight, light weights, bands, balls, and the barre to sculpt and tone your body. Suitable for all levels and no experience necessary!
  • Strength Training: Our strength training classes are a multi-level full-body workout that targets all major muscle groups. This challenging class is designed to improve your overall strength and cardio. Tennis shoes are highly recommended for this class.

  • Auto Renewal Program: Perfect for those who plan on attending at least twice a week. This program offers membership benefits and great value for your money.
  • Class Pass Options: Ideal for travelers or those who can only pop in from time to time. Our class pass options allow you to purchase classes as you go.

About Us

Our owner, Katy, had a dream to open a yoga studio. In 2017, The Yoga Loft was created and initially offered only yoga classes. As time passed and certain life events happened for Katy, she realized in 2022 that we should expand our class options to include strength training and eventually barre classes. Our current class offerings include yoga, strength training (known as Total Body Conditioning), and Barre. We wanted to offer a variety of class options to meet your mind, body, and fitness goals. All of our instructors are here to help you live long, happy, and strong lives!

Upcoming Events

We regularly host workshops and events to help you enhance your fitness journey. These include our Women's Wellness Spring Retreat, which is a great opportunity to relax, rejuvenate, and connect with like-minded individuals. We also offer Yoga Teacher Training for those interested in deepening their practice and sharing their knowledge with others.
