MenaRick Vineyard & Winery

Welcome to MenaRick Vineyard & Winery, a family-owned vineyard and winery nestled in the foothills of the Yadkin Valley. Our unique vineyard specializes in Spanish and Portuguese varietals, offering an intimate and relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy our handcrafted wines, take in the beautiful views, and bring a picnic.

Our story began in 2006 with the purchase of our property in Ronda, NC. Our winemaking journey, however, started much earlier. Rick, who grew up in California, and Mena, who was raised in Portugal, brought their cultural experiences and traditions from their travels around the world to MenaRick Vineyard and Winery. In 2008, we planted our first 3.5 acres of vines, and after years of planning and designing, we finally opened our winery and tasting room.

We invite you to visit us and experience the warmth and charm of MenaRick Vineyard and Winery. Come, relax, and enjoy a glass of wine (or a bottle) while taking in the stunning views of our vineyard. We also offer our vineyard as a venue for intimate weddings, family gatherings, and corporate events.

Our Wines

MenaRick Vineyard and Winery is a unique vineyard specializing in Spanish and Portuguese varietals. Our wines are unfiltered, which we believe helps keep the authenticity of the wine's aroma and flavor intact. In our 40-acre estate, we currently have 8 acres of vines planted, including Syrah, Merlot, Chardonnay, Albarino, Grenache, Tempranillo, and Touriga Nacional.

We offer a variety of wines for you to enjoy, each crafted with love and care to ensure the highest quality and flavor. Whether you prefer a rich, full-bodied red or a crisp, refreshing white, we have something for everyone at MenaRick Vineyard and Winery.
