Our Story

Our story began with Dickens, a rescued blue-eyed, long-haired Chihuahua who was lucky enough to find a forever home with Nancy, our founder. Nancy has over 25 years of experience in the animal health industry, including working as a veterinary assistant, certified veterinary technician, animal pharmaceutical sales rep, pet sitter, shelter worker, and pet adoption counselor. With her expertise and passion for animal care, she decided to start Dickens' Pet Care Services to provide personalized care for pets in need.
