Forest Ridge Kennel

Forest Ridge Kennel LLC is a family-owned business led by siblings Kristi, Karen, and Rob. We were raised with a deep love and respect for animals, each of us having welcomed many furry family members into our lives over the years. After pursuing our education at the UW-Madison, we found the area too rich and inviting to leave. We consider ourselves as belonging to various pets. To that end, we have dedicated a considerable amount of our lives to serving our pets and others. In 1999, we purchased the property and rebuilt the kennel to transform Forest Ridge into a luxury destination for pets, focusing on their most important needs. Our 6.5-acre retreat is away from the city's melee, nestled into protected nature areas. The dog runs feature indoor and outdoor areas, climate-controlled for Wisconsin's varying weather. Your dogs have access to the runs all day, weather permitting, with additional breaks, nature walks, and treats available upon request. Cats are housed separately in a space designed to cater to their finicky tastes, with a fish tank, wildlife videos, and outdoor viewing areas providing ample visual stimulation and new toys to keep them busy. Forest Ridge also offers small animal boarding for rabbits, guinea pigs, and other pets. For grooming services, both cats and dogs are welcome, and appointments can be scheduled during boarding or as a separate service. Our staff is dedicated to pet care, and we invite you to tour our facility to meet our staff. Reservations are required for boarding but not for tours.
