What are your check-in hours?
Check-ins/check-outs occur by appointment during weekday mornings (8am-11am), weekday evenings (3:30pm-6pm), and weekends (9am-11am & 4pm-6pm).
What vaccinations are required?
Cats must have current rabies and FVRCP vaccinations. Records can be emailed directly or requested through your veterinarian.
Can you administer insulin injections?
We don't accept cats requiring insulin injections due to staffing limitations during overnight hours. Consult our team for alternative care arrangements.
Are cats allowed out of enclosures?
Healthy cats may roam designated areas during supervised sessions, but only with cats from the same household to prevent cross-contamination and stress.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations under 48 hours incur a charge of either the full stay or 3 nights (whichever is less). Holiday cancellations require 5 days' notice to avoid fees.
Can I bring my cat's favorite items?
Yes, we encourage bringing familiar bedding, toys, and clothing with your scent. All items must be machine-washable for hygiene purposes.
