Services
Psychotherapy
Our psychodynamic therapy helps clients understand unconscious patterns affecting relationships and self-perception. This long-term approach addresses depression, anxiety, and childhood trauma through weekly sessions. Therapists help clients develop self-awareness and break recurring negative patterns.
DBT Therapy
Dialectical Behavior Therapy teaches emotion regulation skills for managing overwhelming feelings. Our program combines individual sessions with group skills training, helping clients with addiction, eating disorders, and personality challenges develop healthier coping mechanisms through structured weekly sessions.
Mind-Body Therapy
Body-focused therapies like EMDR and Somatic Experiencing help process trauma stored physically. These evidence-based approaches address PTSD and anxiety by reconnecting clients with bodily sensations in a safe therapeutic environment, typically requiring 8-12 weekly sessions for optimal results.
Couples Therapy
Specialized couple therapy addresses communication issues, infidelity, and parenting conflicts using integrative techniques. Sessions focus on improving emotional connection and conflict resolution skills, with therapists trained in Gottman methods and relational psychodynamic approaches for both monogamous and non-monogamous relationships.
Child Therapy
Child and family therapy addresses behavioral issues, anxiety, and developmental challenges through play-based interventions. Our specialists use attachment theory to strengthen parent-child relationships, offering both individual child sessions and family therapy components for comprehensive treatment.
