Founded in 2013 by Gina DeSantis, an accomplished ceramicist with over two decades of experience, our company is dedicated to producing top-quality, handmade items that bring warmth and charm to your everyday life.

Gina's ceramic journey began in 1999, and by 2006, she had earned her Master of Fine Arts degree from Kent State University. Since then, her work has graced the pages and shelves of renowned retailers such as Uncommon Goods, Anthropologie, McGee & Co, Shoppe Amber Interiors, the Sundance catalog, and over 400 retailers across the country. Her creations reflect her passion for functional design, showcasing the inherent beauty of hand-crafted home decor.

Our Process

At Gina DeSantis Ceramics, we take great pride in our meticulous, hands-on approach to creating our pieces. Our studio is located in a historic automobile factory in Lakewood, Ohio, just west of Cleveland. Gina designs and throws all the work, while her dedicated team assists in various aspects of the process, including trimming, handling mugs, glaze development, glazing pots, firing work, and working on hand-built items. We are proud to confirm that every piece of our ceramics is made in the USA, except for our Crater Collection. This exclusive line of porcelain vases is crafted in collaboration with a trusted manufacturer in Hong Kong, with the final hand-glazing process taking place in our very own studio.
