Our journey began with a dedication to providing top-notch services to commercial, agricultural, residential, and municipal clients. Our primary service area is a 100-mile radius of Mexico, MO, but we travel further out depending on the job.

Meet Our Leaders

Our success story is incomplete without mentioning our leaders. Darren Donaldson, the owner and operator, has over 47 years of experience in the excavation business, including bridge and heavy highway construction. He, along with his wife, Christy, has been running the business since 1995. Scott Brooks, with over 24 years of experience in the field, is another key figure. He has attended trade school at Linn Technical College and is a former employee of Emery Sapp and Son. Scott and his wife, Melissa, became partners in 2011.

We attribute our success to our team of quality employees who work tirelessly to ensure that every job is done right and on time. Our team includes both experienced full-time operators and seasonal employees. They are OSHA 10 & 30 Qualified and participate in our Safety Program. We are DOT certified, and all employees undergo drug testing.

Qualifications and Memberships

We are OSHA 10 & 30 Qualified, MSHA Trained, and a Missouri American Water Company approved contractor. We are also licensed Sewer Installers, MO Dept of Health Qualified OWTS (Onsite Wastewater Treatment System) Installers, and members of LICA (Missouri Land Improvement Contractors Association) and NFIB.
