J-Row's Catering is a renowned South Texas catering company that has been dedicated to providing quality catering services since 2002. Based in the Eagle Ford Shale area of Texas, we have established ourselves as the go-to caterers for a wide range of clients in the region. J-Row's Catering was founded by Head Chef Rowland, a Valley native and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, Texas. Chef Rowland has previously served as Head Chef at one of the top-rated restaurants by Restaurant and Hospitality Magazine as "One of America's Top 500 Restaurants" and has been featured in Texas Monthly Magazine. With his extensive experience in the culinary industry, Chef Rowland has built a team of culinary professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional catering services.

At J-Row's Catering, we take our meat seriously. We use only the finest cuts of steak and the best locally sourced seafood. Our gourmet food menu includes seafood, steaks, and Italian dishes, among other cuisines. We also supply our clients with exotic and rare meats such as venison, duck, boar, alligator, and more, which can't be found with just any caterer.

Oilfield Catering

J-Row's Catering has extensive experience serving the oilfield industry. We know that receiving quality meals at remote job sites can be a challenge. That's why we have studied some of the best practices to develop a better method of providing remote catering services that focus on efficiency, without sacrificing quality. We utilize dedicated mobile kitchen trailers for individual operating sites, which allows us to serve hot, freshly prepared meals to crews on-location for approximately $25/person.

Our team works closely with our clients to customize our menu based on their specific dietary needs, budget, geographic location, working conditions, shift schedules, and other factors. Our experience in the Eagle Ford shale areas allows us to provide a level of service that is at the highest quality of food, ensuring that your crew is well-fed and satisfied.
