Our menus are inspired by Chef John's passion for Latin cuisine, which he developed at a young age growing up in Spanish Harlem, New York City. His culinary career began at an early age, and he decided to pursue it as a profession after obtaining his degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of Houston in 2012. His unique fusion of classic Puerto Rican and Brazilian cuisine with international influences from Spain and Africa sets us apart from the rest.
