At Sami's Kitchen, we are a full-line food service company dedicated to providing exceptional culinary experiences for our clients. We have been in the business for over eleven years, and we are proud to have served numerous prestigious private schools in the Houston-Sugarland area. Our diverse services include catering for corporate events, church organizations, and private schools, as well as operating full-service cafeterias and managed food services for major healthcare and industrial companies.

Our Story

Our founder, Sami, started the company fifteen years ago after deciding to leave his corporate engineering job behind. He initially began by operating a franchised deli, focusing on serving middle-class office workers in high-rise office buildings. This venture allowed him to gain valuable insight into the fast-food industry while catering to a diverse crowd. Over time, Sami expanded his concept to include operating hospital and corporate cafeterias, offering a wide range of menu items such as deli, made-to-order grill items, salads, and hot food entrees.

Today, Sami's Kitchen is equipped and capable of catering to all your food service needs, whether large or small. We specialize in desk-top cuisine and take pride in offering unique and "out-of-the-box" menu items to fit the needs of our clients. We also cater to clients with specific dietary needs, such as Vegan, Jewish kosher, or Muslim halal.

Our Services

Our menu offerings are diverse and include all mainstream popular varieties, along with generous portions of nutritional items, keeping our customers' healthy diets in mind. Menus are offered to site management on a weekly basis, highlighting hot food offerings and all packaged specials. A daily substitute is also available for our vegetarian clientele. We only use cholesterol-free vegetable oil for our cooking and avoid using any nut products, respecting individuals with nut allergies.

In addition to our culinary services, we also provide food solutions for people with very specific dietary needs. We strive to be your unique food service vendor by packaging your employee coffee station, pantry, kitchen, and office luncheon supplies in our list of delivered goods offering. We could also arrange for a vending system and ATM machine on your site.

Our Partner, Gem Foods

Our partner, Gem Foods, is a major contractor for airline companies, providing in-flight meals using their USDA-permitted commissary kitchen located in Richmond, Texas. This partnership allows us to expand our reach and provide exceptional culinary experiences to a wider audience.
