Our Services

• Bikram Yoga: Our authentic 90-minute Bikram classes, led by experienced instructors. Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
• Bikram Express: A faster-paced, 60-minute version of our Bikram Yoga class.
• Silent Bikram/Bikram Express: A silent, guided practice for experienced yogis who want to deepen their practice.
• Hot Power Vinyasa: A dynamic, flow-based practice that combines elements of Vinyasa and Power Yoga.
• Warm YIN Yoga: A gentle, slow-paced practice that focuses on stretching and relaxation.
• Prenatal Yoga: A warm, modified practice designed for expectant mothers and those who have had children.
• Hot Power 50: A challenging, 75-minute practice that incorporates advanced postures and core work.
