A Brief History of Our Family in Construction

Dave Pechin, the founder, started his journey in construction at the age of 13, working with a neighbor. This early start not only instilled a love for the trade but also paved the way for his family to join him in the business. His son, Riley, and brother, Rick, were introduced to construction at a young age and have since become integral parts of the company. Riley holds an Associate's Degree in Construction Management and Rick has a natural affinity for working with his hands. This family's dedication to the craft has resulted in a team that is both experienced and passionate about building and enhancing homes and commercial spaces.
