Our story began in 2015, when Brena Resnick and Aly Resnick founded the practice with a vision to improve access to quality and affordable mental healthcare in the community. As a family-owned and operated business, we take pride in creating a welcoming environment that prioritizes the well-being of both our clients and our practitioners. Today, we are privileged to serve over 1,500 clients each week, with locations in Freehold and Princeton, New Jersey, and a growing team of over 50 clinicians.

At Tree of Life Counseling Center, we offer a range of mental health services designed to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our team of licensed therapists, social workers, and counselors provide individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as group therapy and telehealth visits. We specialize in grief and bereavement, end of life, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, postpartum, bipolar disorder, marriage and family counseling, LGBTQ+, adjustment disorders and stressors, and drug and alcohol counseling, among others.

In addition to traditional therapy, we also offer a variety of holistic therapies, including EMDR, sand tray therapy, play therapy, yoga, Reiki, massage therapy, hypnosis, meditation, and more. We believe in a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit.
