Are your pet sitters certified in emergency care?
All our pet sitters complete the Pet Tech Pet Saver Program for pet first aid and CPR certification. We maintain emergency authorization forms for each client to ensure proper care during unexpected situations.
How do you handle medication administration?
Our trained professionals administer oral medications, insulin injections, and subcutaneous fluids. We charge extra for insulin and fluid administration while maintaining detailed records of all treatments provided during your absence.
What areas do you service?
We serve Wake County including Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Morrisville, Garner, Knightdale, Fuquay-Varina, Brier Creek, and surrounding North Carolina communities with additional travel fees outside core areas.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX) through secure online processing. Payments are charged 2-3 days before service begins, with holiday visits charged 7 days in advance.
Do you offer refunds for early returns?
Unfortunately, we don't provide refunds once service begins as we schedule staff specifically for your pet care needs. Our cancellation policy applies to pre-service cancellations with fees based on notice period.
