Phoebe's Pampered Pets, LLC was founded by Melissa Boose, an experienced veterinary technician with over 12 years of experience in the veterinary industry. Melissa's passion for providing exceptional pet care led her to resign from her full-time position as a veterinary technician in 2015, and she has since dedicated herself to building a pet care company that is dedicated to providing the highest level of care for pets in Raleigh, NC.
