Our therapists are trained in various modalities, including Blood Flow Restriction Therapy, Strain Counterstrain, Cupping, The McKenzie Method, Mulligan Techniques, Maitland Therapy, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Gait & Balance Training, and Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation.

About Our Founder

Dr. Rachel Litchfield, PT, DPT, is the owner of Coach House Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center. She is a licensed physical therapist with a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Dr. Litchfield received her Bachelor's in Kinesiology from Westmont College and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. She is dedicated to continuing the outstanding patient care that Coach House Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center is known for.
