Our philosophy is centered around the idea that everyone deserves to have a personal trainer, even if it's just once a month. With our expert team of certified trainers, we believe that customized attention and guidance are essential to achieving success. We operate under the principle that everyone should have a trainer overseeing their program and progress, and we're committed to helping our clients achieve their goals and make lasting changes.
Our Team
Our team of certified trainers is led by Suzanne Gove-O'Rourke, BPE, who brings over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Suzanne holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Alberta and is a certified trainer of fitness leaders. Tina Gill, a Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Nutrition Specialist, is another integral part of our team. Tina brings her own unique experience and passion for fitness to her work with clients. Andrew Milam, a certified personal trainer and fitness expert, specializes in designing training programs that challenge the body and mind. Michael O'Rourke, owner and personal trainer, has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry, including stints as a runner, bodybuilder, and national champion road cyclist. Michael's expertise in physiology and physical therapy has enabled him to empower others to achieve their physical goals.
