At In Yoga, our mission is to provide a holistic yoga practice that integrates the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga. The In Yoga Method

Our yoga classes are designed to be a comprehensive practice that incorporates physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. Our classes begin with a contemplation that sets the tone for the practice, and we encourage our students to explore the physical postures with an awareness of the body, thoughts, and emotions. This integrated approach allows our students to develop a deeper understanding of their bodies and minds, and to cultivate greater awareness, clarity, and calm.

Ginger's Background

Our founder, Ginger, has over 35,000 hours of teaching experience and is a Yoga Alliance registered instructor with the highest designation of E-RYT 500. She has studied extensively with her primary teacher, Thomas Deldeo, and has over two decades of experience in leading corporate yoga retreat programs and private corporate group classes. Ginger's instruction is known for its attention to detail, gentle and precise guidance, and ability to create a safe and supportive environment for students of all levels.

Our Services

At In Yoga, we offer a variety of services to cater to our students' needs. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, we have classes tailored to your level of experience. Our classes include:

Corporate Yoga Services

In addition to our group classes, we also offer corporate yoga services to businesses and organizations. Our programs are designed to reduce stress, improve focus and concentration, and enhance overall well-being. We believe that yoga is an essential tool for building strong, healthy, and successful teams.

Online Yoga Classes

We are excited to offer online yoga classes that allow our students to practice anywhere, anytime. Our online classes are live-streamed and available by donation. We believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of location or financial means.
