Our Story

Our journey began with our founder, Radha Garcia, who has been practicing and teaching Bikram Yoga for over 50 years. Born in 1947, Radha is a yogini, teacher, mother, grandmother, and entrepreneur who has dedicated her life to sharing the transformative power of yoga with others. In 1994, she opened the doors to our studio in Boulder, Colorado, and has since been instrumental in introducing the benefits of Bikram Yoga to countless individuals.
