At Selby-Webb Property Management, we take pride in being a full-service property management company, specializing in the fiscal and physical management of rental property, condominium and homeowner associations, and commercial properties. With combined experience of over 50 years in the management industry, our staff has learned that one thing is critical to the satisfaction of our customers - communication. We understand that when you entrust us with your property, you are placing your investment in our care, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services designed to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our maintenance team is capable of addressing most day-to-day issues that may arise, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman needs. In cases where more specialized labor is needed, we contract and supervise all vendors necessary to maintain the asset, such as landscape contractors, pool maintenance, and cleaning services.

Our financial services are comprehensive and include full-service accounting, billing, and financial document production on a monthly and year-end basis. Each month, we provide email or U.S. Mail statements/invoices to each client outlining their ledger and current balance. We also handle rent payments, dues payments, and vendor payments, and manage bank accounts (operations and reserve if applicable). At the end of each month, we produce a Balance Sheet, Income Statement (P & L), Trial Balance, Delinquent Summary, and General Ledger Detail.

In addition to our financial services, we also offer liability/hazard/property insurance placement and management, as well as claims management services. We will work with the Association Board of Directors to create an annual operating and Capital Reserve Budget. Our goal is to provide our clients with peace of mind, knowing that their investment is being professionally managed.
