Our Story

Castro Valley Performing Arts was founded on the belief that dance education should be accessible to everyone. We believe that dance is not just a hobby, but a way to develop essential life skills such as teamwork, responsibility, respect, and time management. Our teaching philosophy stresses politeness, consideration, and respect towards others, and we strive to provide a rewarding dance experience for students of all backgrounds and abilities.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of dance classes for children and adults, including Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Tumbling, Stretch and Strengthen, Turns and Leaps, Musical Theater, and Zumba. Our classes are designed to cater to students of all technical levels, from beginners to advanced, and we offer group, private, and semi-private lessons to accommodate individual needs. We also have boys' classes specifically designed for boys who want to learn dance.

Summer Dance Camps and Intensives

In addition to our regular dance classes, we offer a variety of summer dance camps and intensives that provide students with a unique and exciting dance experience.
