Our Story
Kathy's journey with yoga began in the 1970s, and she has been dedicated to sharing her knowledge and passion with others ever since. With a background in substance abuse counseling, Kathy understands the importance of stress relief and relaxation, and she has seen firsthand the positive impact that yoga can have on one's life. After completing her teacher training at the Himalayan Institute of Buffalo, Kathy began teaching yoga at various venues in Western New York, including nursing homes, health clubs, and community centers.
