Empowering Parents, Educating Children, Building Communities
Welcome to the California Council of Parent Participation Nursery Schools (CCPPNS), a state-wide community of parents and educators committed to teaching and inspiring families through parent involvement and mutual support. Our organization is built on the principle that the best education for children comes from an active partnership among parents, teachers, and the students themselves.
At CCPPNS, we believe that every family has something valuable to contribute to their child's education. That's why we support Parent Participation Nursery Schools and Preschools, which provide a unique educational experience that combines the efforts of parents, teachers, and children. These schools offer a variety of benefits for both children and families, including:
- Hands-on learning experiences for children
- Opportunities for parents to be involved in their child's education
- A supportive community of families and educators
- A focus on social and emotional development as well as academic learning
Our organization is dedicated to promoting and supporting these types of schools through advocacy, education, and resources. We offer a variety of membership benefits, including access to our co-op Chronicle, opportunities to connect with other families and educators, and discounts on events and resources.
