Unprofessional Treatment and Misleading Information
Pamela Wang's 1-star review highlights an unfortunate experience with Sunrise Preschool. She scheduled a tour with the director, who initially promised to accept her daughter when she turned 2 years old. However, upon arrival, the director revealed that the birthdate cutoff meant her daughter couldn't be accepted until the following year. Despite Pamela's request to take the tour, the director made her wait for another family and only showed her the 4-year-old classroom. This experience led Pamela to walk away, citing the school's unprofessional treatment and misleading information.
Excellent Education and Care
On the other hand, several reviewers appreciated the excellent education and care provided by Sunrise Preschool. Amanda Baker, Jonathan Pugh, Lynette Smith, and Holly Jones all gave the school 5-star ratings. They praised the loving and dedicated staff, stimulating activities, and excellent teaching skills. Many noted that their children had blossomed under the school's care, with some even showing enthusiasm and excitement about attending school.
Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Staff
Maria Zarinana's 1-star review, however, highlights poor customer service and unprofessional staff. She called the school to inquire about daycare programs and was met with a dismissive and unhelpful response from the office coordinator, Gigi. Maria felt that the staff was not interested in helping her and was more focused on ending the call.
