About Us

Our story began with our founder, Colleen Laky, a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, with over 25 years of experience in the pastry industry. With a strong background in pastry arts, Colleen brought her expertise to Macungie, Pennsylvania, and opened Piece 'a Cake in June 2009. Her dedication to delivering exceptional cakes and sweets has earned Piece 'a Cake a reputation for excellence in the Lehigh Valley.

Tea Parties

Our tea parties are full-service, custom-designed for your event. We can host up to 28 guests. Email to schedule an appointment to discuss your event.

Sweet's Cafe

Visit us Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm. Enjoy our Steeped Tea Lattes and delicious treats from our Sweet's Cafe menu. Try our refrigerated cake truck in the Lehigh Valley, perfect for weddings and events.
