Expert Pressure Washing Services in Tallahassee
B & T Pressure Washing was founded by brothers Bailey and Taylor Hildebrandt who began their journey in exterior cleaning with lawn care services before transitioning to pressure washing. Our journey took a significant turn when we steam cleaned all the bleachers at FSU's Doak Campbell Stadium. With the tragic passing of Bailey, Taylor persevered to honor his brother's legacy while expanding our expertise into kitchen exhaust cleaning. In 2022, we partnered with Garrett Dykes, a Tallahassee native with over nine years of residential and commercial experience in exterior cleaning. Our combined expertise spans over 25 years, allowing us to deliver superior soft washing and pressure washing services across Tallahassee and surrounding areas. We prioritize customer education about our methodologies while maintaining transparency about our processes. Our specialized approach addresses both residential and commercial needs using gentle yet effective techniques for surfaces ranging from shingle roofs to screened enclosures. Our commitment to quality service is demonstrated through our state-of-the-art equipment, attention to safety standards, and dedication to extending the lifespan of our clients' properties.

Services
Soft Washing
Our soft washing technique safely cleans delicate surfaces using low-pressure equipment combined with specialized surfactants. This method effectively removes mold, mildew, and algae from stucco, siding, and brick without causing damage. Ideal for maintaining exterior surfaces while preserving their structural integrity in Florida's humid climate.
Roof Cleaning
We remove algae, moss, and lichen from asphalt shingle and metal roofs using safe cleaning methods that extend roof lifespan. Our treatment prevents biological growth that can damage shingles and potentially void insurance policies. Regular maintenance helps maintain roof warranties while improving energy efficiency by reducing heat absorption.
Deck Cleaning
Our deck cleaning process removes mold, algae, and dirt buildup from wooden decks without damaging finishes. We use gentle techniques that preserve wood integrity while restoring original appearance. This service helps maintain safe outdoor spaces while protecting homeowners' investments in exterior living areas.
Commercial Building Cleaning
We maintain clean facades for hotels, restaurants, and retail spaces using equipment capable of reaching multi-story surfaces. Our cleaning improves business curb appeal while creating hygienic environments for customers and employees. Regular maintenance helps commercial properties maintain professional appearances that attract repeat business.
Hood Cleaning
Our hood cleaning service combines scraping and pressure washing to remove grease buildup in commercial kitchen exhaust systems. This dual-approach prevents fire hazards while ensuring compliance with health regulations. We target hard-to-reach areas where grease accumulation poses safety risks to restaurant operations.
