Services
Pressure Washing
Our pressure washing service rejuvenates exterior surfaces using calibrated equipment and specialized solutions. We safely remove grime, mold, and stains from houses, driveways, and commercial properties while protecting surrounding vegetation. The process includes pre-treatment preparation, precise pressure application, and thorough rinsing to restore surfaces to like-new condition while preserving material integrity.
Concrete Coating
Tharpe Coatings specializes in premium concrete floor solutions for garages, patios, and commercial spaces. Our multi-step process includes surface grinding, polyurea basecoat application, vinyl chip texturing, and polyspartic topcoat sealing. This system creates durable, slip-resistant surfaces that resist stains, chemicals, and UV damage while enhancing aesthetic appeal with customizable color options.
Roof Soft Washing
Our roof soft washing technique safely cleans shingled roofs without high-pressure damage. We apply specialized biodegradable chemicals to eliminate algae and moss, followed by low-pressure rinsing that protects roofing materials. The process includes vegetation protection measures and ensures complete debris removal while maintaining roof warranty compliance and structural integrity.
Window Cleaning
Our window cleaning service combines traditional handwashing techniques with advanced water-fed pole technology. Using purified RODI water systems, we achieve streak-free results on windows up to 60 feet high. The process includes frame cleaning, sash wiping, and thorough glass polishing to maximize clarity and maintain commercial building aesthetics without surface damage.
Gutter Cleaning
Our comprehensive gutter cleaning service removes debris from roof surfaces and drainage systems using industrial blowers and manual extraction. We clear gutters and downspouts of leaves, twigs, and sediment buildup while inspecting for proper water flow. The process prevents water damage by ensuring unobstructed drainage and includes roof surface debris removal for complete system maintenance.
