I used Hot Water Pressure Washing & Soft Wash in November 2024 to clean my driveway, front porch, patio, and screened porch. Nick did an excellent job, was very thorough, including covering electrical outlets, got the job done on time, and the price was very reasonable. My screens haven't looked this good in years. I'll use him every year.

I've used Hot Water Pressure Washing & Soft Wash twice now. The first time I had them fully blow leaves off of my roof and wash the shingles and this time I had them just blow off the leaves. Both times I have been happy with not only the outcome of the service, but the timely response from the owner. I highly refer this company to anyone needing this type of service. They are great!

Nick, the owner was quick to respond and quote a price to clean a heavily mildewed driveway. He showed up exactly when he said he would and did a fantastic job, better than anyone before. His price was fair and the work was outstanding. I will definately use him again and highly recommend him to friends.

Excellent job on my home, gutters and porches, including a screened porch. More importantly to me, they are very convenient in that you can get an on line quote by answering their questions. Once you accept the quote, they arrange your appointment time, arrived when they say they will and send you the invoice after they are done. You can wrap it up by paying on line!. In my busy life, convenience and quality is a must and they delivered both!

With the beautiful weather finally coming to Tallahassee, I want to be outside---as much as possible! Unfortunately, my patios and deck were refuge/breeding grounds for spiders, worms, and other forms of disgustingness. Not a place I was eager to have my children play in, and not a place for me to sit back and relax in this alluring weather.
