Staff and Patient Experience
The reviews show a mixed bag when it comes to the staff and patient experience. While some patients, such as John Pittman and Kevin Franklin, praised the staff as friendly and knowledgeable, others, like Eva W. and Kenika Walker, had negative experiences, citing delays, unprofessional behavior, and lack of follow-up.
Waiting Times and Scheduling
Many patients commented on the long wait times, with some having to wait for several hours or even months to see the doctor. Some, like Tweet Pie, felt that the wait was unnecessary and blamed it on poor scheduling. Others, like Maudleen Anusie, understood that the delays were due to the doctor taking the time to thoroughly assess each patient.
Doctor's Knowledge and Bedside Manner
Most patients praised Dr. O's knowledge and bedside manner, with many calling her one of the best doctors they have ever had. David Lomax and Aderibigbe Omisore were particularly impressed with her kindness and dedication to her patients. However, Eva W. felt that the doctor pushed her religious beliefs on patients, which some might find inappropriate.
