Our mission is to provide high quality, compassionate health care to the people of Baltimore, regardless of their ability to pay. We accept Medicaid, HealthChoice, Medicare, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Department of Social Services Disability Determination vouchers, foster care children, the homeless, and offer care to the uninsured on a sliding fee schedule, based on the patient's ability to pay.

Primary Care
Our primary care providers see both children and adults, and offer a variety of services including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and diagnosis and treatment of chronic conditions.
Laboratory Services
Each of our medical centers offers a full-service laboratory to assist you with your lab tests.
Immunizations
Our medical centers can assist you and your family with your immunization needs, including the flu shot.
Radiology Services
We offer X-ray imaging services Monday through Friday.
DOT Physicals
We perform physicals for the Department of Transportation. Schedule your DOT physical today.
After Hours Provider Coverage
Our providers are available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Transportation Services
We offer transportation services to and from your primary care provider.
Extended Hours
Our medical centers offer weekend hours to accommodate your busy schedule. Extended hours may vary by site.

Customer Service

Staff and Providers
Some providers, such as Ranita, Zenovia, Vanessa, Bobbie, Nicole Wilson, and Dr. Olay, were commended for their professionalism, knowledge, and care for patients. However, some staff members were criticized for being rude and impatient.
Facility and Cleanliness
The facility's condition was a major concern, with reports of trash, debris, and cobwebs in the waiting area and common spaces. The floors were also described as unclean.
