Poor Communication and Unprofessionalism
Multiple reviewers have expressed concerns about the poor communication and unprofessionalism of the staff at Bridgehaven. One reviewer mentioned that a therapist, Joe Etterer, was unhelpful and unsupportive when dealing with a family member who required extra care. Another reviewer, Allison, was suspended from the program after having a mental health outburst due to being triggered, which she felt was unfair.
Disorganization and Lack of Follow-through
Reviewers have reported instances of disorganization and lack of follow-through at Bridgehaven. Lucy mentioned that she waited an hour and a half for a call that never came, and when she arrived at the facility, the intake specialist was not available. Drew Wilson described the staff as "cold and heartless" and stated that they do not really want to help.
