• Adult Instruction/Fitness Swimming: Our adult swimming lessons cater to beginners and experienced swimmers alike, focusing on proper technique, breathing, and stroke development. We also provide customized workout programs to help adults improve their fitness and swimming skills.

• Ocean Lessons: Take your swimming skills to the next level with our ocean lessons. We focus on safety in the ocean, wave reading, and rip current awareness. Our ocean lessons cater to swimmers of all levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
