Meet Phyllis Portie-Ascott, our Broker in Charge/Owner, who is your trusted partner in the real estate world. With an impressive academic background and extensive experience, Phyllis is dedicated to ensuring your real estate journey is nothing short of exceptional. As a licensed and active real estate agent since 2007 and a real estate investor since 1997, Phyllis has a deep understanding of the real estate industry. She is also a Certified Probate Specialist and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource.

Community Involvement

Phyllis is deeply involved in the community, serving as co-chair of the Property Management Committee with the Durham Regional Association of Realtors and member of the legislative committee, advocating for policies that benefit the real estate industry and the community. She is also a former secretary for the Triangle Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and a member of the Property Management Division of the NC Association of Realtors.
