Do you offer every other day visits?
We require daily visits for proper care monitoring. Kittens under six months require twice-daily visits.
What are your visiting hours?
Visits occur between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with consistent timing prioritizing medical needs.
How much notice is needed for bookings?
New clients require 72-hour notice for meet-and-greet scheduling. Existing clients should provide advance notice for peak periods.
What happens during an emergency?
We immediately alert owners about health concerns and authorize emergency veterinary care when necessary.
Can you administer cat medications?
We provide medication administration at no extra charge during standard visits.
Are you licensed and insured?
